（中央社記者黃慧敏金門縣8日電）金門國家公園管理處今天表示，今年5月到現在已清除慈湖濕地非法網具共106件，違法者將依國家公園法及濕地保育法規定加重處罰，並接受金管處辦理的環境教育課程。 位於金門西北角的慈湖特別景觀區原為一處海灣，過去因戰略需要築堤成湖，現屬半封閉鹹水域，生產力高，適合水生生物生長，提供鳥類族群及冬候鳥鸕鶿豐富的食物資源，是金門地區唯一的國家級重要濕地；每年約1萬多隻來金渡冬的鸕鶿，已為金門打響賞鳥天堂、生態保育島的美名，並成為生態觀光資源。 金管處表示，為了維護慈湖特別景觀區及國家級重要濕地生態環境，每年都會同內政部警政署保安警察第七總隊第四大隊金門分隊，執行不定期巡查及非法漁網清除行動。 鑑於近期常有民眾在慈湖私自佈網獵捕野生動物，破壞生物棲息環境，為了維護慈湖生態環境，5月起不定期巡查並清除非法網具共106件；對於違法者將依國家公園法及濕地保育法規定加重處罰，並接受金管處的環教課程。 金管處再次呼籲民眾，慈湖是特別景觀區及重要濕地，切勿私自在水中佈設網具，妨礙野生動物棲息環境；盼民眾共同關心暨維護金門地區生態環境，讓慈湖豐富的生態資源，成為鳥類及水生生物良好的棲息環境。1050808
